The event will benefit from expert input on ways of developing a quality-focused culture. Additionally, peer PES, including the Belgian VDAB, Austrian AMS, and Estonian Töötukassa will share their approaches to internal communication and to quality through: holistic performance management; staff empowerment and autonomy; and enhancing customer orientation.
