EuroACE and SmartEn are co-organising an event on the actual energy performance of buildings.
As electrification would lead to an increase in decentralised resources, buildings and their equipment, and appliances could become flexible assets if enabled to adapt their consumption and generation patterns. This would be valuable to system operators. The event would also discuss how energy efficient new and renovated buildings can facilitate this. Industry speakers will be asked to present real-life examples on quantification and use of actual energy performance of buildings.
