Objective
The new proposal on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), which aims to cover the entire value chain introduces a comprehensive corporate due diligence system to prevent or mitigate human rights abuses and environmental damage. It is currently under intense discussion in and outside the trilogue process.
This compact online conference will bring together experts, ministry officials and stakeholders to discuss the key issues of the trilogue negociations and their implications for businesses, consumers and investors as well as for the protection of human rights and the environment.
