Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence

Supply chain governance or bureaucratisation?

Objective

  • Early experiences from countries with existing supply chain liability
  • Level of harmonisation
  • Financial institutions – in or out?
  • Reporting and climate transition plan
  • Liability and sanctions
  • The way forward
