Ever since the establishment of the China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership in 2003, we have witnessed tremendous progress in our ties, culminating in the China-EU 2020 Strategic Agenda for Cooperation issued at the 16th China-EU Summit. This important document has charted the course for our future relations.
