Aiste's students ended up in 5 of the 9 winnings teams. In 2018, Aiste received Vilnius University Rector's Prize for Internationalisation of Studies by means of Designing and Successfully Launching the MBA Entrepreneurship Program, which is the only program of this kind in the Baltic region.
With Aiste Ptakauske at the helm, The Ethnic Kitchen specialises in cooperative learning and design thinking that it uses to help educators redesign their modules and study programs for a better students' performance and satisfaction.
