In my role as a Practice Leader for more than 20 Sales Engineers across EMEA and LATAM, I am responsible of empowering them to accomplish their business goals and achieve professional satisfaction, by ensuring knowledge sharing, communication and collaboration in the community, by identifying, resolving and preventing roadblocks, by implementing innovative ideas to be customer-centric and acting as the bridge between the field and the broader ecosystem (Product Management, R&D, Enablement, Marketing).
