Christa is a process chemical engineer and subject matter expert in the design of fill-finish facilities, highly hazardous compound processing and biotech process facilities. Her 25 years of operating experience with a leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical company as a process engineer
provides her with insight to the reality of daily operations. Christa is a well-recognised speaker at conferences and is frequently on-stage teaching others to identify and avoid common pitfalls of project execution and technical issues. Christa is on the steering committee for the ISPE Community of Practice for Sterile Products Processing as well as
the ISPE Sterile Processing Baseline Guide re-write team. Within CRB, Christa provides leadership to expert teams that are focused on innovations and technical growth.
