Being a MSC Chemist from Latvijas Universitate in Riga, Latvia, and also a Certified Safety Assessor of Cosmetic Products in the EU, Elina Hotuleva has more than 10 years of experience in various positions in academia and in industy. Actually, she is Technical Director at GE&AL Independent Expert Bureau in Riga. Since 3 years, she is a member of CCE and the Working Group Safety Assessment.
