Gianclaudio Malgieri is Doctoral Researcher in the Research Group on Law, Science, Technology & Society (LSTS) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

He also serves as an external expert for the EU Commission and is Lecturer of Data Protection Law and Intellectual Property for undergraduate and professional courses at the University of Pisa and the Sant’ Anna School of Advanced Studies.

Mr Maglieri is also an Attorney at Law and a Senior Associate for a law firm, where he also worked at the development of GDPR compliance software.

He also works for the Brussels Privacy Hub, coordinating training activities.
