Izabela is a Senior Project Manager involved in several European Commission initiatives that intend to scale up technology innovations.

In the past years, she has been leading the RobotUnion project which was the first European Acceleration programme dedicated to Robotic scaleups. She has also been part of other programmes that support innovation to go to market:
- BonsAPPs (bringing AI to the industry)
- WeldGalaxy (supporting innovations in arc welding)
- PULSATE DIH (adoption of Laser-Based Advanced and Additive Manufacturing).
