Kinga is a recognised expert of public sector policies and processes who has decades of experience in EU institutional capacity building and management, and in policy planning and evaluation, including policies on the digital economy. She is former Director and Head of Governmental Advisory at Deloitte Hungary and former Head of Evaluation Unit and former Deputy Director-General of the Coordination Managing Authority of the Hungarian National Development Agency. Her experience includes working for 10 years in the telecommunication sector for a leading service provider in Hungary as a unit head.
