Tony is a highly experienced business leader with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Tony started his career as a cashier in 1996 and he has since worked at a senior level across all product lines and within all consumer channels for such organisations as; Barclays, Skipton, Santander, Nationwide, RBS, Coventry, Britannia, Lloyds, and
currently Bank of Ireland UK. His propositional expertise extends across both advised and non-advised distribution within the retail banking, investment, lending, and retirement markets. Tony currently has overall accountability for the development and oversight of the Bank of Ireland
UKs end-to-end consumer experience inclusive of product and proposition development, pricing, consumer outcomes and marketing, PR and communications. Additionally, he is responsible for the commercial relationships with the external market, trade bodies, regulators, press, and
consumer groups.
