On 14th October the 'Europe, Vote for Peace!' campaign will have its high point and final event, consisting of a seminar with presentations about peacebuilding field project experiences from around the world, open discussion, a political evening event under the format of a panel discussion, and an informal evening reception. The evening reception will also provide the possibility to meet with a large number of the newly elected Members of European Parliament (MEPs).And a civil society delegation will hand over the list of all the 'Europe, Vote for Peace!' supporters. There are only few days left to support our requests by signing up online on the campaign's website.'Europe, Vote for Peace!' represents a coalition gathering 110 non-governmental organisations from 13 Member States. All over Europe already more than 5000 active citizens have signed the appeal, asking for stronger European Union capacities in the fields of crisis prevention, conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
