He is the author of the EEI Brief on globalization to be presented at the seminar.André Sapir is a Senior Fellow at the Brussels-based think-tank Bruegel. He is a Professor of Economics at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), a former economic adviser to the president of the European Commission and the author of the Sapir Report. Fredrik Segerfeldt is a fellow of the European Enterprise Institute. He is the author of numerous books and reports on global development issues, including the EEI Brief The Crisis and The Poor, to be presented at the seminar.
