He is a former Vice President of the EPP-ED Group and a former Secretary-General of the Swedish Moderate Party.Stefan Karlsson is an economic consultant. He is the author of the EEI Brief on globalization to be presented at the seminar.André Sapir is a Senior Fellow at the Brussels-based think-tank Bruegel. He is a Professor of Economics at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), a former economic adviser to the president of the European Commission and the author of the Sapir Report. Fredrik Segerfeldt is a fellow of the European Enterprise Institute.
