Every year, the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) organises a Competition Policy Conference in Brussels, gathering business representatives, legal experts, and representatives from the National Competition Authorities and from the European Commission. This conference has traditionally been a high-level forum of discussion between key decision-makers and business practitioners in competition policy.This conference will focus on unilateral conduct and specifically look at convergence trends across jurisdictions in Europe and the world. Panel discussions will touch upon the challenges that multinational companies face when preparing internal rules to help guide their operations on a global scale.
