The Carbon Action Standard provides a solution for businesses that fall under the CRC and those that dont who wish to reduce thier carbon footprints, save money and become more efficient with resources. The Carbon Action Standard allows for full engagement of staff and suppliers in the process of green house gas emissions, and methods to reduce these. The 2 day training workshop will enable the delegates to understand how to implement carbon action, they are provided with a CD Rom that contains a carbon footprint calculator tool, risk assessment and action plan templates.Delegates who undertake the training and then introduce their carbon action clients to the Center for Assessment for the final assessment will recieve a 10% commission on any assessment that the advisor brings in. Some prior knowledge of environmental science is expected but the course covers climate change, legislation and standards.
