This two-hour online training in Situational Judgement is designed for all AST and AD competitions candidates who can’t attend our Brussels courses. Your trainer will go through the presentation and the exercises via a web conference software. You will be able to ask questions in writing in the chat box and interactively answer the test questions.The situational judgement test is a test designed to evaluate your behaviour and your decision making skills in a professional situation. Each question describes a scenario related to a work situation and offers a series of four possible actions. You need to choose the most effective and the least effective actions.The training comprises:- A methodology illustrated by several examples- A MCQ to perform in conditions close to the ones of the competitions- Several live Q&A sessions The questions proposed during the training are different from the ones in the books and online tests.
