EAPM is in the vanguard driving forward the concept of personalised medicine in Europe and beyond. With its broad base of stakeholders, drawn from industry, academia, science, research, the healthcare professions, patient groups, policymakers and more, the Alliance brings together key motivated and expert personnel from a wide range of EU Member States.The Alliance’s second annual conference in September will build on these solid foundations and aims to raise awareness among new policymakers, in place after the May European elections, about the needs of modern-day patients and how personalised medicine has the potential to change healthcare for the better. The conference is deliberately timed to coincide with the vote on the incoming College of Commissioners and has the goal of stimulating informed debate, interaction and collaboration over the vital health issues that face us all, now and into the future
