During this 2-day course, food law novices and junior practitioners will get the chance to learn and immediately apply the essentials of EU Food Law. High-profile lecturers from industry and private practice, will familiarise the audience with the ins and outs of health & nutrition claims and food information law. Thanks to our highly practical workshops based on real-life scenarios, participants will be able – under the close supervision of our lecturers – to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice and develop in small groups e.g. own strategies and campaigns for their food product. Social activities such as a Food and Wine Tasting session, a guided tour of an EU institution and an informal discussion round with an EU official, turn this course into a highly instructive and pleasant event.
