But this year, we also took a look beyond our own borders.  Since this is our 15th edition and since we are celebrating our 50th birthday in Belgium, we will also be awarding the Global Randstad Award.  For which businesses in Belgium and around the world do people most want to work? What influences their loyalty? And which employers offer the strongest employer brand? You will find out during the special ceremony on Thursday, 23 April 2015.  This festive edition of the Randstad Award promises to be an unforgettable evening. With keynote speakers of global stature, fascinating encounters, surprising insights and suspense for the nominees.  We are certainly looking forward to welcoming you to our gala evening. A festive edition We have been organizing the Randstad Award in Belgium for 15 years now. But did you know that the study is now performed in 23 countries around the world? During the gala, we will not only reveal the most attractive employers in Belgium, but we will also present the winners of the Global Randstad Award for the best employers world-wide. The summit and the gala During the summit, Jan Denys from Randstad and Jan Verhesen from marketing research agency ICMA will explain the results and methodology of the most recent edition of this study. Dean Faculty of Economics and Business at the KU Leuven, Luc Sels, will share the latest scientific insights related to employer branding.
