This year’s conference will centre around the renewed focus on vertical restraints in EU competition law enforcement, as observed across the EU Courts, the European Commission and Member State authorities. Our speakers will address recent developments including the evolving relationship between these three actors, paying particular attention to the intersection of vertical restraints and internet selling.
