The Lab is a unique five-day intensive training programme covering all the theoretical and practical aspects of coordinating and managing projects under the EU’s research and innovation (R&I) programmes.The Lab has been developed by Europa Media in response to the recurring demands of our training participants for a longer and more comprehensive course, going into all the details of project management and financial reporting under FP7 and Horizon 2020.The Lab will provide you with a unique oppotunity to gain direct insight into the daily work of Europa Media and Geonardo teams, and experience first-hand how we manage and coordinate our projects.You will spend a whole week with Europa Media’s team of project managers, coordinators and financial administrators, hosted at our premises, getting a complete insight to project management and financial reporting under the EU’s R&I programmes.Only 10 participants will be admitted to The Lab in order to ensure a much more focussed learning experience and a customised programme!
