LEAP HR: Healthcare 2016 is the dedicated industry forum for HR leaders to lift the lid on the innovative people strategies which are helping the best in the business build a high-performance organization, radically improve staff engagement and manage rapid, wide-ranging change.At last year’s event – the first of its kind – we brought together the thought leaders at 40 of the most forward-thinking healthcare systems to engage in a disruptive dialogue around how we solve some of the most complex challenges we share. They left energized, inspired, and armed with the confidence to make their own leaps.This year, we have continued to search the Healthcare industry for those taking the boldest leaps to challenge traditional thinking in achieving radical change through people.
