This three-day skills-oriented course aims to help participants improve their abilities to influence processes of multilateral negotiation anywhere within the EU governance system. Specific skills are required to participate effectively in these processes and shape their outcome. The course trains six essential skills that are required to successfully represent positions and interests. They are methodological, strategic, diplomatic, behavioural and rhetorical.
