Unlock the EU in 3 Days

The importance of European Union politics is rapidly increasing and so does its complexity. In this vein, the course “Unlock the EU in 3 days” is a tailor-made programme that you can adjust to meet your own needs.

Day 1: The Key to the EU Institutions and EU Decision-Making; works as both an introductory and “refresher course” to provide an insight into the EU institutions and decision-making. Date: October 19, 2016.

Day 2: The Key to Lobbying; zooms in on strategies of how to lobby the EU institutions.. Date: October 20, 2016.

Day 3: The Key to Comitology and delegated acts; takes matters further by examining a unique feature of EU policy-making: implementing and delegated acts. Date: October 21, 2016.

All three days have in common that they build on a hands-on and interactive approach, within small groups. The course is the result of a partnership between academics and practitioners: Maastricht University and PACT consultants.

The course “Unlock the EU in 3 days” has been tailor-made by Prof. dr. Christine Neuhold and dr. Bram Akkermans, Maastricht University and Daniel Guéguen and Vicky Marissen, PACT European Public Affairs.
