How is the Slovak Presidency improving education and training in the EU? Join us for a lunch session on 8 november 2016 to discover the answer. The Slovaks assume the Presidency of the Council of the European Union until the end of 2016. The Liaison Agency Flanders Europe and the Flemish Department of Education and Training decided to provide you with an overview of the issues that Slovakia has put on the agenda. We will give special attention to the Skills Guarantee. This policy initiative will help low-skilled adults acquire a minimum level of literacy, numeracy and digital skills.
You will hear the 'how, what and why' of the Skills Guarantee. And you will discover an inspiring project that contributes to better skills for low-skilled adults. Finally, we will present you with an overview of the achievements of the Dutch Presidency.
