Objective:
The purpose of this course is to introduce lawyers to the law and practice of mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and online dispute resolution (ODR).

Who should attend?
The course is aimed at lawyers, judges, notaries and judicial staff who want to use alternative methods of dispute resolution and/or improve their ability to resolve disputes, and for mediators interested in crossborder mediation.
Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through exercises, daily workshops and a full day of mock mediation in which active participation is encouraged.
Visit to the CJEU in Luxembourg:
You will also have the opportunity to attend a hearing at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
Social programme:
After a day’s intensive training, enjoy our varied social programme: the course dinner with fellow participants from various countries, wine-tasting in the Moselle vineyards, and a tour of the historic city of Trier, the oldest city in Germany, known for its wellpreserved Roman and medieval buildings.
