Professional training programme that prepares you for a career in international development projects with a special focus on post-conflict areas. The overall objective of the IPT Specialisation Course on Project Management is the improvement of the preparation of experts who will become involved in the design, implementation and evaluation of projects in post-conflict areas. The training course will Introduce participants to results based management of projects, project management cycle and the logical framework approach. Introduce participants to design, implementation and monitoring of international development projects and programmes. Introduce participants to evaluation approaches, incl. “most significant change” and “outcome mapping”. Establish peer exchange between participants to build upon their diverse experiences.

Course fees: 1.410 Euro. This includes tuition fees, course materials, coffee breaks, full-board accomodation, joint transport to and from the airport, and a social event. Scholarships available for participants from non-OSCE states - deadline 1 of May 2017!
