European Patient Experience and Engagement Forum (Patient UX)

Join our European Patient Experience and Engagement Forum (Patient UX), on the 14th and 15th of February, 2019 in the historic city of Athens, Greece.

At our upcoming Patient UX Forum, we are going to discuss the main challenges of engaging patients and improving their experience. Different stakeholders of the industry will come together to share their knowledge and viewpoints on the topic in order to see both sides of the coin. Our main aim is to provide a platform where patient advocatesregulatory representatives and pharmaceutical professionals can meet and discuss the obstacles they face and seek solutions for them.

Such topics will be discussed as the patient involvement in medicines entire life cycle, best practices in educating patients and methods to optimize the multi-channel journey. Participants will have a chance to get an answer to the emerging question of how to get to patients through social media and why patient communication is so crucial.

Take part at our Interactive Panel Discussion, where you can get involved and debate about the main elements of patient engagement and what innovations in patient services are delivering the biggest value.

Join our event on 14th and 15 of February, 2019 in the fascinating city of Athens where history meets culture!
