In this session, we will present you a short theoretical introduction followed by an interactive part where we show you creative and innovative design ;These methods can be used to improve existing products/services and provide amazing experiences to your customers and visitors!
The webinars are targeted to professionals and organizations working in the tourism, culture and accessibility sectors. It represents a great opportunity to increase their knowledge and capacities and take an active role in the re-launch of European culture and museums!
The webinars will be delivered in Italian, German and English including simultaneous translation in one of the three languages. The translation in English Sign Language is available.
