Open Lecture: U.S. reputation after Biden's withdrawal from Afghanistan: Implications for US-China competition

Join this Open Lecture to get a taste of the BA in International Affairs at the Brussels School of Governance.

The chaotic manner in which the United States withdrew from Afghanistan has been heavily criticized. Many argue that US reputation suffered a major blow. In this talk, Dr. Tongfi Kim will argue against this narrative by discussing different types of reputations in international relations and the implications of the US withdrawal from Afghanistan for US-China competetition.

Our BA in International Affairs equips our students with the broad-ranging tools and skills to understand, analyse and assess the most pressing issues in national and global politics.
