The Covid-19 crisis has exposed shortcomings in the digital capacity of the European public sector, underlining the need to accelerate its technological transformation to enhance responsiveness to current needs and anticipate future challenges. Public sector modernisation was rightly identified as one of the flagships of the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) that will help Europe emerge stronger and more resilient from the current crisis. However, for Europe’s public sector digital transformation to be impactful, it is paramount to create the right conditions, from an infrastructure and policy perspective.
Against this background, the 6th edition of the Public Sector Transformation conference will analyse cloud policies for the management of the Public Sector data recently issued by a number of European Member States.
