To mark European Week Against Cancer and, recognising that there is still more work to do to put survivorship and quality of life issues into the spotlight of current discussions around the implementation of Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan, the objectives of this webinar are to:

• raise awareness of the impact of cancer in the workplace
• present the ECL Patient Support Working Group’s Handbook and leaflets for employers and employees
• recommend actions for improving communication between employers and employees

Invited speakers (from European institutions, civil society and professionals' organisations) will reflect on return-to-work challenges, how to keep these issues at the top of the EU agenda and how to improve communication between patients and their employers and colleagues.
