The European Society for Paediatric Oncology (SIOP Europe), representing all professionals in the field of paediatric cancer, and Childhood Cancer International - Europe (CCI Europe) representing parents, patients and survivors in the field, will once again mark the campaign through a dedicated policy event in cooperation with the MEPs Against Cancer (MAC) Interest Group at the European Parliament and the Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL).

With the anticipated proposal for the revision of the EU general pharmaceuticals legislation in December 2022, this year' policy event will focus on highlighting the importance of the EU Paediatric Regulation to accelerate timely access to innovative, high-quality, safe medicines for young cancer patients.
