Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion of PPP Toxicants

This training is aiming to give you the basic knowledge of absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) studies in the context of Regulation 1107/2009 and in relationship with other Guidance. In a compact format of an intensive morning and afternoon session you will understand the design and conduct of in vivo ADME studies and of biotransformation studies. Furthermore you will interprete results, including the derivation of oral absorption value, in vivo ADME studies and biotransformation ;
