At the first Open Call, citizens and institutions from Portugal, the Netherlands, and Finland are welcome to participate by proposing innovative, digitally inclusive, and sustainable ideas to meet the needs of hard-to-reach communities in the cities of Amsterdam, Helsinki, and first Open Call will award 18 tech pilots a total of euros for each group selected. CommuniCity encourages companies, municipalities, researchers, tech providers, and citizens from hard-to-reach communities to work together and develop solutions for social, digital, and urban challenges. A Matchmaking Platform is also available for the search of partners for pilots.
