This time around, the EIC is pleased to invite all eligible startups to participate in our next session dedicated to Infectious Diseases on 4 April 2023. The selected EIC-backed beneficiaries will be able to present their innovative solutions during an online event to a jury of top-class European investors such as Böhringer Ingelheim Venture Fund,  btov, Clinical Research Ventures, Eleven Ventures, Firstminute capital, Invivo Capital, Octopus Ventures, Sofinnova Partners, V-Bio Ventures, Voima Ventures and many more to be confirmed soon.  The applications are open until 24 February ;Make sure to apply, and don’t miss this opportunity!   Society has faced many health challenges over the decades (, COVID-19, health effects from catastrophic disasters of natural or industrial nature, etc.). As with other types of pathologies, significant disparities still exist when it comes to tackling infectious diseases namely in low-and-middle-income countries and some rural areas in developed countries.
