Attendees: Designated representatives of Strategic and Delivery PartnersThis Partner Assembly will have a formal part on several legal and statutory items to be decided (annual accounts 2022, annual budget 2023, Supervisory Board members and statutory auditor) and an informal part for information on the current EIT Food Partnership, the organisation transformation process of EIT Food, and updates on the Missions Programme and the confirm the attendance of your Partner organisation representative by Friday 16 June 2023, end of day.  Once you have registered online for the Partner Assembly, you will receive a separate calendar invitation including the dial-in details. Please note that a maximum of 3 persons from your organisation can attend the Partner Assembly and that only the person who is mentioned in the power of attorney can vote via an online voting system during the Partner Assembly. Please note that this meeting is only for Strategic and Delivery Partners of EIT Food.
