Dear Mr Visentin,
The Ombudsman has received a complaint from Mr X against the EEAS concerning a request for public access to the “High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Annual Report on the Status of PESCO Implementation 2020”. She has asked me to deal with the case on her behalf.
