Meetings with National Parliaments - ICM:Universal Jurisdiction. Improving accountability for serious international crimes - 28-11-2022 - Subcommittee on Human Rights - Committee on Legal Affairs

The European Parliament's Subcommittee on Human Rights (DROI) and the Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) will jointly organise a hybrid interparliamentary committee meeting (ICM) with National Parliaments on 28 November 2022 on “Universal Jurisdiction - improving accountability for serious international crimes”.The aim of the meeting is to discuss how universal jurisdiction can play a role as part of a wider accountability strategy, complementary to international courts and prosecutions on other jurisdictional bases.
