Emmanuelle Causse is the Secretary General of the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI), a pan-European not-for-profit umbrella association bringing together 30 national property owners’ organisations in 28 countries across Europe. As representative toward EU institutions, Emmanuelle’s task is to ensure that European homeowners and private landlords’ interests are given weight in the development of EU policies. Throughout her years at UIPI, Emmanuelle gained a strong expertise in housing, financial and sustainable built environment related matters. She is the voice of real estate investors and end users in numerous EU expert groups on these issues.
