Justina (MSc in Business Management & Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania; BA in Business Management & Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania; BA in International Business Management & Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland) during her studies gain valuable professional international experience (Erasmus studies – Ireland, Erasmus internship & Portugal). She has been working for 1 year in private sector concerning business consultancy, project development. Then she has 5 years experience in higher education system – working at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University International Relations Office. Therefore she has a wide expertise in national and international business and educational projects (EEA Financial Mechanism and Norwegian Financial Mechanism, EU structural assistance, LLP Erasmus Mundus, LLP Students and staff mobility activities, National calls, YIA, etc.), organising international events, managing social media tools, delivering trainings on soft skills focusing on team building, self orientation. Justina has professional experience in coaching and mentoring young people as for several years was coordinating volunteers of youth organisation.

During the past 2 years Justina has consulted and provided Erasmus+ funding assistance to more than 350 organisations from all over the Europe.
