Massimiliano Freddi has been part of the industry for almost 20 years. First, in charge of marketing and press for the Italian market of Disneyland Paris. Then, as the general manager of Leolandia, he led the park towards a 300% growth. Since 2014, he is VP Strategic Development in Leolandia, in charge of turning the park into a top European destination for kids under 10 and their families. Nonetheless in 2016 he was selected as a coach for Seth Godin’s AltMBA and he is part of the IAAPA’s European Education Subcommittee.
