How can regions, local authorities, and business harness the potential of ICTs for social cohesion as well as economic development, and what is the role of the EU in supporting digital inclusion? These and other questions will be the subject of our Digitally Challenged Europe seminar where the work of key actors in the field of digital inclusion will be presented and discussed in a participative setting.
