"World-Class Innovation Through International Cooperation" is the International Launch Conference of the German EUREKA Chairmanship 2009-2010 .The conference will be hosted by the Federal Minister of Education and Research, Professor Annette Schavan, and will be held on 6 and 7 July 2009 at the Maritim Hotel & International Congress Center in Dresden.The conference is designed to shape the future agenda of European cooperation in R&D towards a frame of action for reinforcing EUREKA. I am, therefore, delighted to present to you a conference programme with international high-level speakers and workshop leaders, and discuss current and highly topical policy and technological issues in international R&D cooperation.
