Culture as a Drive for Regional Development

The seminar try to show the importance of culture to foster economic regional development. There will be presented four cases: the Bilbao effect (Spain), Manufaktura Lodz (Poland), Bozar (Belgium, tbc) and the City of Culture of Galicia (Spain).
