Objectives of the seminar:To learn from good practice – most of our examples are drawn from how more personalised approaches are being used to deliver better quality in adult social care, particularly looking at workforce development issues.Opportunity to discuss and network with likeminded local, national and European colleagues.To link in with current debates on Total Place-type approaches and person centred services and budgets.To inform the European Commission's policy development about how active inclusion matters are being dealt with at local level.To raise awareness of the EU dimension to quality in social services.
