Carbon Action is a standard for measuring and cutting carbon emissions, it is recognised in the UK by the Environment Agency as a equivalent standard to the Carbon Trust to gain Early Action Metrics under the Carbon Reduction Committment Scheme. This 2 day programme contains interactive workshops and explains the legislation and the science behind climate change. Delegates gain a full understanding of the Carbon Action Standard, and is useful for energy manager and environmental managers to learn how to reduce their carbon footprints. The workshop provides the delegates with a CD rom containing the carbon calculator, copy of the standard and useful templates for implementation.
