FD Blueprint Touch Rugby 2011

It’s Touch Season!On 12 April 2011, FD Blueprint will launch its seventh annual charitable Rugby Touch tournament, involving 16 mixed-sex teams competing for the highly prized Blueprint Touch Cup. During the launch event – which will take place at the FD Blueprint Brussels office – Emma McClarkin (MEP), former Blueprint Touch player and member of the EP Rugby Intergroup, will make the competition draw.The teams will play group games each Wednesday evening between the 27th April and 8th June followed by BBQ and drinks. Finals night and the tournament afterparty take place on Friday, 17th June. The Blueprint Touch tournament is a wonderful networking opportunity for people working in the European institutions and private sector as well as young professionals; to put it briefly, the Brussels community.All profits will be donated to RETRAK, a charity for street children in Kampala, Uganda and to Ecole Chanterelle, a school for disabled children in Brussels.About Blueprint Touch Launched seven years ago, Blueprint Touch has become an established date in the Brussels social and sporting calendar.
