ECHA is inviting stakeholders, downstream users, public and private authorities, industry representatives and companies to participate in the Agency's most important annual event - the Stakeholders' Day. PROGRAMMEThe Day will be split into four main sessions. The priorities for ECHA and the chemicals industry in 2011 are reflected in the first three plenary sessions.Session 1: Registration, Authorisation and RestrictionSession 2: Downstream user obligationsSession 3: Evaluation and DisseminationDuring each session, there will be presentations given by both ECHA's own experts and internal speakers.One-to-one sessionsIn parallel with the afternoon plenary session, the participants of the Sixth Stakeholders' Day will have the chance to ask questions about both REACH and Classification and Labelling issues in the one-to-one sessions with ECHA staff members. The 20-minute one-to-one slots will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Participants will be able to register for the one-to-one sessions as part of their online registration for the event and also at the venue itself during the lunch and coffee breaks.Participants will also have the possibility to discuss their experiences and concerns during the one-hour informal Session 4 called "Meet ECHA staff" at the end of the Day.More detailed agenda of the day is available on the ECHA website. PRACTICAL INFORMATIONParticipation in the conference is free of charge.1. Lunch and coffeeA buffet lunch and refreshments will be offered by the organisers. HELSINKI CHEMICALS FORUMThe Sixth Stakeholders' Day will be followed by the annual Helsinki Chemicals Forum, taking place on 19-20 May 2011. Participants of the ECHA Stakeholders' Day are entitled to participate in the Forum at a reduced fee.
